I need help building my PC

Hi, like the title says I want to build a gaming Pc, (used for other stuff too but mainly gaming)
I choosed these components and wanted to ask if they have a good sinergy or if there are better choices.
Intel Core i5-2500K, 3,3GHz, 6MB Cache
HyperX Savage HX316C9SRK2 16GB Ram (2x8)
Asus H97M-PLUS Mainboard Sockel 1150
MSI V316-034R GTX 970

I'm still missing a powersupply and an SSD (not too expensive if possible from 60-100 euro)
I also don't know what kind of case I should take (midi, big ecc.)

I don't know a lot about pc hardware so if there are wrong or missing informations just tell me Im gonna edit/add them ASAP

i5 2500K won't work on LGA1150. It is an much older LGA1155 socket cpu.
You will need i5 4440, 4460, 4670 or 4690. (since you are not overclocking I guess)

Btw is it better to change the mainboard or the CPU?

Cpu because i5 2500k is already 4 years old. Next year 5 years.
It came in Q1 2011 and was discontinued in Q1 2013.
