I need help, calculating my power usage, and finding a power supply (if you feel so inclined. keep it cheap though.)

EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Super Clocked ACX 2.0 4GB GDDR5 Graphics Card.
Corsair Vengeance Blue 8 GB (2X4 GB) PC3-12800 1600mHz DDR3 240-Pin SDRAM Dual Channel Memory Kit.
WD Blue 1TB hardrive 3.5 inch.
Crucial MX100 256GB SATA 2.5-Inch Internal Solid State Drive.
ASRock ATX DDR3 1333 LGA 1150 Motherboards H97M PRO4.

Does that mean I HAVE to get a 550 exact? Or is that the minimum? I had found a 600 watt for pretty cheap.
