I am building a PC with this motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157256
It will have the Xeon E3-1275V2, and 8 gigs of ram. But I cannot decide on which graphics card to buy, I could go with the integrated graphics, a Radeon HD 3870 X2, or A Radeon HD 6850. I am leaning towards the 3870 X2 because of the low price, and high clock speed, but the integrated graphics are fast too. I would just be basically playing games like GTA IV, I would just like to know if any would be able to play it with maximum or close to maximum settings.
I would really appreciate it if someone would help me decide which one to use, or suggest me a better one for the price.

3870 X2:
This card shouldn't even be still sold. It's a dual-GPU chip based on really old technology. The HD3870, HD4870, HD5870, HD6870 are older models replaced by the HD7870. It's about 5 years old.

The best value is an HD6850 or HD6870 depending on your price.

FYI, GTA IV is very poorly coded and doesn't run well compared to similarly looking games.

Other:
You would likely be far better off building a computer based on a Z77 motherboard like this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157306

It's compatible with the current 32nm Intel i7 and i5 CPU's as well as the newer 22nm like the i5-3570k.

There's not a huge difference in price between a micro-ATX motherboard system and a full ATX board but you do get additional expansion slots with normal ATX.

I thought of getting a Z77 board too, but with the latest bios update this board has almost the features of a Z77 board, like support for the 22nm CPU's, support for the faster ram, and DirectX 11 support with the onboard video, and PCIE 3.0, But considering that I may have to also buy an older CPU to update the bios to support the newer processor, I might go with the one that you said to buy.
