My 3 years Acer nitro monitor decided that it's time to die ( horizontal lines might be a panel problem ) happened with two acer monitors so as an advice please avoid Acer monitors they suck .

my main concern now is durability since that damn acer traumatized me

I don't care about colors or anything main thing is build quality and high refresh rate

Thank you so much for the help !!!
( Prices are jacked up because I live in Morocco so that's the only option I have )

229$ - ASUS VG249Q1A 23.8 IPS

229$ - MSI Optix G241 23.8 IPS

199 $ -MSI Optix G24C4 + Free headset MSI H991

259 $ - ASUS TUF VG27VH1B 27 IPS ( Too pricey but can manage )

269 $ - ViewSonic 27 XG2705-2 IPS ( Too pricey but can manage )

My oldest still working monitors are a 24" Acer and a 27" curved Sammy. Everything else is 27" except my 32" ultrawide. I don't remember the last time I replaced a monitor for dying, only because I needed more real estate. I have a HP, an Asus and my ultrawide is LG. I use 3 monitors on my main rig and 2 for my backup system.

if your previous monitor was 27", i would recommend going for the same. you would not like the experience of downgrading the monitor size.

that free headset with MSI is low model cheepo headset. dont let that charm you into choosing that model.

Asus typically makes good monitors. Viewsonic is the same.

I ordered the ASUS VG249Q1A my previous monitor was a 21" so it's an upgrade actually I hope it last longer than acer 😅
