Should I get the

MSI GeForce GTX 1070 DirectX 12 GTX 1070 GAMING 8G 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support ATX Video Card http://

or

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1070 DirectX 12 GV-N1070G1 GAMING-8GD 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 ATX Video Card
http://

Or is there another one I should get?

ALSO will my i7-4790k be good for this?

Solution
i7 should be fine.

Regardig the cards, it really comes down to preference.
Except for the iChill X3, which apparently has a f'd up Fan controller, the cards all perform ~the same and the cooling is almost identical.

Just go with what you like better.
If you like the red design if the MSI card -there you go
If you favour the design of the GA, buy that one.
I'd pick the cheaper one or the one that's actually in stock.
Frankly it doesn't really matter as the difference between those two no so big, the GA is slightly higher clocked. If you plan on over-clocking anyway it doesn't matter at all.

You could also get the Asus Strix, the Gainward GS, the EVGA SC, the palit card.... All good cards that are ~even
both cards are great and with good quality components.
Now it's up to your personal preference and pocked cause i think the MSI one is just a little bit more expensive at least in my country.
I already ordered the gigabyte.
