Question I need help choosing between two monitors ?

So I want to buy a new monitor for my PC in March. I have a tight budget, but I want a high refresh rate monitor. I have three options to choose from.

The options are:
Dell G2722HS 27" Full HD ($244)
Samsung LS24AG320 Odyssey G3 24" ($196)
Samsung LS27AG320 Odyssey G3 27" ($240)

I would prefer a 27" as it is what I am use to, all the monitors are 1080p and 165Hz. My only problem with the G3 is people say it is bad, but some people say there are two versions and this seems to be the newer model however I can't seem to find any reviews for this model. There is also a very limited choice of monitors on the website we use to order computer parts. Amazon is not a really good option as they ask about $200 import and shipping fees on top of the cost. Which monitor would be the best choice?

Personally I'd look into an IPS panel. The ones you've got are VA and TN. Out of curiosity, what are the specs to the PC/system you're going to build? Where are you located and what sort of sites can we look into if we're to suggest something better than what you've listed above?

I will only really be upgrading my GPU. It has the same problem as the monitor (range of options) so I will go for the XFX Radeon RX 7600. The rest of my build will be:

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600
CPU cooler: Deepcool LE300
Motherboard: MSI A620M-E PRO
Ram: 16 GB DDR5 5600
SSD/HDD: 1TB WD SN 570
GPU: Currently RX 580
PSU: Antec Atom G650 650W
Chassis: Antec NX291

Sorry I didn't see the first part, I am from South Africa. The websites are evetech.co.za and wootware.co.za. My budget for the monitor is about +/- R4700 and for the GPU its about +/- R6500, but if I change one option the budget for the other becomes less.

After further reading it looks like the Dell is a IPS panel.
