Hi, I recently have upgraded my system after about a year of use! I am currently running the following specs
Ryzen 5 3600
RTX 3070 GIGABYTE AORUS MASTER
16gb ddr4 2400mhz
1TB HDD
500gb nvme ssd
B450m Pro4
Case (phanteks p350x)

I am currently seeking help as to which ram I should buy for my system, can anyone please recommend ram that would be perfect for my build? My budget is $180. I also need help finding a new cooler for my build as I have noticed that the stock cooler doesn’t really cool my cpu at all!

The cooler is very good and fits in your case. RAM is better when the latency is lower. This should be good...

Hi, sorry for the late response guys, what ram latency and speed is better? I have no clue about any of this stuff as my friend was like get ram with a higher CL? and something about timings but I honestly have no clue about any of that.

Don't know if your just looking for faster memory or more memory that is faster so listed both for the memory and a good cooler for the processor.

Hello guys, sorry for not replying to y’all. I was working and have enough to get both I have decided on getting this ram and cooler

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/corsai...ktop-memory-kit-black/6412826.p?skuId=6412826

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cooler...th-rgb-lighting-black/6316592.p?skuId=6316592

Is there anything I need to change? Just wondering as well but is unbuffered ram bad?

Unbuffered is normal for your type of system. I question whether you really need that speed of ram -- likely a total waste of money -- as in no benefit whatsoever. Are you overclocking? If not, 2666Mhz should be fine. Honestly, 16GB of ram is enough for most people, it may not even be an upgrade you need at all.

Money better spent might be saving toward a higher frame rate monitor or something like that -- just some food for thought.

No change required, should work fine.
For a standard PC system, unbuffered memory usually is the better choice not just because it is cheaper, but it also performs faster.
