[SOLVED] I need help cooling I think my CPU, GPU or both are causing my PC to cut off and boot cycle

Hi so I was playing rust for a while overclocked to rage mode, cpu overclocked to 4.2mhz and ram at 3600 and the power cut out and shut the PC off I had no idea what it was thinking it was the psu not enough power or to many hard drives with this new external one I have but I've done stuff like changing from legacy csm boot to the new one and fixed those issues but I still get my PC cycling at boot which can last 1 -5 mins sometimes and then the power cut offs during game play only in rust so far.

So what I have done now is turn overclocking completely off but I noticed with HWMonitor that the temps even after turning overclocking off had hit 95 degrees on the gpu or the cpu both had hit a max of 85 - 95. So i'm assuming that my whole issue the whole time has been that and not enough cooling.

I wanted to ask what cooling should I get as I'm terrible at it, I've researched it and I was thinking over getting an AIO 360mm on for the front but then can I take the current rgb fans that are pre installed on the front and use them in the rear and top slots or would I need to get a specific kind of exhaust 120mm fan to fit in?

I have a phanteks eclpse P400A with the rgb fans at the front but no other fans at the back and top currently and the cpu fan is the default 5600x amd one with an open 3 fan gpu.

A 360 AIO may be overkill for 6 core CPUs, 240 or 280 would do just fine. For GPU only case ventilation matters.
As for case ventilation it's size and fan placement that counts most, fans only for noise and looks.

You need exhaust fans!

Ok so i could leave my front fans where they are get a 240 280 and put it at the top and also get an exhaust fan for the back?

Yes, radiator fans approximate intake or exhaust of case fans and if there's more air from exhaust that helps cooling radiator even more.
