In my desktop right now i have-

Motherboard- Gigabyte F2A78M-D3H Socket FM2+

CPU- AMD A6-6400k APU with Radeon HD Graphics (2CPUs) 3.9GHz

RAM- 5120MB HyperX Furry

GPU- AMD Radeon HD 8470D -2643MB

So the thing is I wanted to costumize this pc and buy a GTX 750 ti Superclocked with a good CPU and what power supply would go good with it. I understand that Gigabyte motherboard isnt compatible with Intel but still, i want to upgrade this Desktop to a moderate one that can run games like DayZ, Skyrim, etc. Also im looking for economical parts that do any good. Any advice? Please Help! I am really new into all of this.

As far as the integrated video (which is the on-die GPU of the APU), you just move your monitor's cable from the MB to the gfx card.

As far as the MB rev. number, since your BIOS is F3, that would make the board a Rev. 3.0 since the Rev 4.0 board doesn't have that revision out yet. This should be your board: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4875
The Athlon X4 760K will work as is on that board since it is good with any BIOS revision from 2.0 forward.
The Athlon X4 860K will need to have the BIOS updated to F4 to be recognized.
But you could also just keep the A6-6400K APU if you want for now. http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-Athlon-X4-760K-vs-AMD-A6-6400K

The Power supply is another issue. It is not very good...

Nvidia only requires a good quality 300W or better PSU for the GTX 750 TI. If you are planning to OC the card and/or the processor, I'd recommend at least a 400W. How much can you spend on the PSU?

I think i already have a PSU of 450 i think, its what i have right now i guess.

Then you are probably OK with the GTX 750 Ti and the Athlon X4 760K/860K* if it is a good quality PSU. Not all PSU's are created equal. The listed wattage is the last thing you want to go by. The nameplate specs on the PSU is far more important. Do you know the make/model of your PSU? Or can you see the nameplate to take a pic of it?

*check your Motherboard's BIOS version. Then look on the corner of the MB and tell me what rev. number it is. You may need to update your BIOS to recognize the Athlon X4)

The Power supply is another issue. It is not very good. Definitely not a real 450W PSU with its tiny 24A +12V rail. I doubt it would handle the GTX 750 Ti w/o giving you problems. In fact Ultra's LSP is rated at the very bottom of the tiered PSU list; the Not Recommended tier: https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx?Redirected=true

So what power Supply should i get?
Also, should i wait for a while then get the Athlon?
An would the GTX 750 ti give a boost of what i want?
What should i do in respect of the integrated GPU on my motherboard?
Sorry for a lot of questions, im just new in this.. Thank you, you have been a great help my friend

The power supply you need will depend on whether you want to stop at the GTX 750 Ti or have enough power for running an even faster card. The 750 Ti will game nicely at 1080p using medium to high settings in most games. This PSU will be good for that card with plenty of headroom: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026

If you think you might want to get a faster card than the 750 Ti, you will want something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013
That will allow you to move up to a faster gfx card. Within reason.

You can get by with the APU for now with the new gfx card. The Athlon can come later. The gfx card is the biggest performance enhancer in gaming. You will see the biggest improvement with the new card. The CPU replacement won't be as noticeable.

If your monitor is not plugged into the motherboard video port, the APU graphics will just be in idle mode. Nothing you need to do other than remember to move the video cable from the MB to the gfx card. And install the new card's driver.

I thought that's what I've just been doing :??:
If you've changed your mind on the Athlon X4 (or your current APU) and the GTX 750 Ti, the most you can do for a CPU is the Athlon x4 760K/860K/A10-7850K
The most gfx card you could use would be dependent on 1) your budget, 2) the PSU you end up with, and 3) the CPU's ability to not bottleneck. There's no sense getting a R9-295X2, for instance. Because the most powerful CPU for the FM2+ socket could never keep up with it.
