Question I need help deciding between two brands

Should I buy a Sapphire or Gigabyte brand Vega 64 card? The Sapphire has 3 fans and the Gigabyte has 2 fans. I have never heard of Sapphire though and I am concerned about buying their card because if it beaks during warranty I don’t know how easy their warranty process is

SAPPHIRE is a well known and trusted GPU brand, when it comes to AMD cards. I've used a sapphire card before. No issues whatsoever. But, just buy that brand which is having good after sales service and warranty in your country.
