I need help deciding on a monitor

I'm building my first rig soon and haven't decided on a monitor yet, I'm thinking of these two:

Should I go with the ips or is the response time that important?

what type of ips?

if e-ips then it really doesnt matter much. you would gain a better viewing angle at the expense of response time. color accuracy is the same.

its listed at 16.7 million colors so i would assume its e-ips.

your choice which is more important.

personally i like using 8 or 10 bit ips (which can replicate colorbetter) however they are more expensive.
