[SOLVED] I need help deciding, please!

So I'm in the process of building a new computer! (been more than a decade since my last one).

Currently running amd phenom II 965(BE) with an nvidia gtx 260 GPU.

Upgrading to a ryzen 3700x////asus 570x/////(GPU?)

So I don't understand which one is the better value between these two:

To my noob eyes, it looks like the eagle is not the "super" version BUT it does have a higher boost clock than the 1650 SUPER. However the 1650 super seems to have more cuda cores. And that's the only difference I can distinguish. The super is a little bit more on the price. I plan on playing games on 1440p.

I tried watching a bunch of videos on youtube (linus///hardware unboxed, etc) I can't seem to figure out which specs I should be looking at.

Any tips///advice///knowledge would be highly appreciated.

The super has 1280 CUDA processing cores; the other has only 896.
More is better.

So for future reference, should I be more concerned about cuda cores than boost clock speeds if all other metrics are identical?

Do not pick based on specs.
Base your choice on performance, particularly for the games you play.

The eagle card is fairly new so I couldn't find any benchmarks on the card, unfortunately.
