Question I need help deciding whether or not to update my BIOS

I have a Ryzen 3900X, upgrading to a 5950X. Im running bios F34 on the Gigabyte Aorus X570 Master. I'm deciding whether or not I need to upgrade the BIOS. It wouldn't matter, but not for the fact that the Zenbleed patch costs 15% performance in some workloads. But I have also read that the BIOS updates in conjunction with Windows 11 24H2 comes with performance optimizations, and I'm not sure if those give me back my 15% performance. I've also read that updating BIOS can help resolve issues on 24H2, but I'm not sure if thats true. So I'm deciding: Should I update my BIOS? Do I need to? Or am I just giving up 15% performance for no raeson and getting nothing in return??

Unless your issue/s are specifically addressed in the BIOS updates notes there is no reason to be updating. BIOS updates just for the sake of updades are a good way to brick a motherboard.
