I need help deciding.

Guys i have a pretty decent PC.
g3258 4.4 GHz
hd 7870
z97
8gb ram 1600mhz
I want to buy one of these 2 games. GTA V(when it comes out of course.) or Arma 3.
If it wasn't for my friend i would pick gta instantly with no doubt but he wants me to buy it but i kind of see arma 3 boring. I have played all the gtas to max except 5 cuz is not out on pc. Which one should i spend my money on and if you could give me pros and cons that would be great

You will not find any definite answer to this thread i will personally like GTA 5 i have played it in PS3 and looking forward to play it again on PC on the other hand Arma 3 is not my type of game iis slow and boring for me as you have mentioned but there are many people who like Arma 3 much more than any PC game the two games are based on different genres and gameplay.
Gta is a free roaming game with lots of side missions and adventure thats why i will vote for GTA here.

Thanks and will i be able to run GTA V on that computer im afraid that they wont allow 2 cores cpu like far cry 4.

Yes you will able to run GTA 5 but on on max settings i will say at high settings may be.
