[SOLVED] I need help! Extreme low CPU and GPU Usage!

I am playing Destiny 2 on 1920x1080p All Low settings and am failing to get more than 35 fps.
My CPU Usage is 25% and GPU is 45% in game.
My specs are:

• CPU: Intel Core i7-7700HQ.
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (4GB GDDR5)
• Display: 15.6”, Full HD (1920 x 1080), TN.
• Storage: 256GB SSD + 1000GB HDD.
• RAM: 1x16GB DDR4.

I really don't know what to do. It is getting near impossible to play. If anybody could help that would be great.

Is the performance always low while gaming?
Are all programs/apps with noticeable degraded performance?

Was there any difference between before OC and after ?

Is the situation new, or has it always being a problem?

Do you built the computer yourself?

Have you running some CPU intensive process in the background? (malware? two antivirus programs running simultaneously?)

I am running a laptop Asus Rog Strix GL553 I did not overclock anything and the situation has been going on but it has never been this bad. The fps is so unplayable that I decided to ask for help. I really want to figure this out. I just have discord and destiny 2 open. I might have malware but I dont see how that would lower my performance. Thanks for the help I want to fix this asap.

Malware can do that. I would start with a scan from malwarebytes or something.

What are you temperatures at idle and load? CPU and GPU.
