Question i need help flashing my bios

ive been trying to flash my bios for the past couple of days i searched up so much stuff with no help at all from them can some please help me flash my bios

Why do you need to be flashing the BIOS? This is not something you do just because there is an update. Done incorrectly you can brick a motherboard very easily.

That's not an answer. Why, specifically, do you need to be doing this?

So, I assume we are talking about a PC or laptop. Is that correct?

Make is something like "Asus". Model is something like " TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI)"

Different companies use different naming conventions.

The info is usually stenciled on the motherboard itself. Or, you can use an app like CPU-Z to get the info (from the mainboard tab).
