Ill get into the point.I bought a PC from ASUS which is this

I've had it for a long time and I want to upgrade the graphics card to gtx1070 but I'm not sure if it would work probably on my PC so I'm wondering what do I have to do to let the gtx1070 preform its full potential on my PC.

You should be fine installing a gtx1070.

Depends. With the 300/350w psu, you'll be out of luck, and the 1070 comes in a couple of sizes, you'll need to figure out if a certain card will actually physically fit, you might need the 'mini' version if the hdd trays are not removable
