I need help getting my second hard drive working again.

I really need to take this thing to a computer shop because I am simply too old and my mind is not what it used to be. Sadly I can't do this for I have no way of getting it there. So in desperation I have come here for help, hoping to find someone with the patience of Jobe.

I have two hard drives one having Windows 7 and it is working, the other having Linux Mint. When I got home Windows was unstable and the second hard drive was not recognized at boot up. I have absolutely no idea who did what but it no longer gives me the choice of Windows or Linux. I would like to be able to get into Linux again so I can try to learn it.

I have EasUS Partition Magic (full version) but I don't know how to use it.

First reseat the drive. Does the drive show up in the BIOS? If not, try a new cable. If that does not work, test it in another computer. If that computer does not see it, or sees it and locks up or acts very slow, it's a bad hard drive. Parition Magic or any other drive recovery tool won't help you if the drive is not seein in the computer.
