I need help !! I am confuse on building a new PC !

PLEASE HERE ME OUT .

OK this is it, I have the money, I have chosen the parts all I need is to buy them.

BUT here is my problem I don't know what to choose. I got so many builds to choose !!

an i5 build, i7,and i3, (all of them have advantages and disadvantages) BUT I CANT CHOOSE ONE.

first I will tell you what I want to do with the PC, ALL I WANT IS TO GAME (I want to play ultra settings I don't want medium (High is good) I want to experience the things I see on the games trailer), PROGRAM and BROWSE.

So i7 is done, i5 and i3 is still here.

I want to record my games, so i3 is done since it can't.... I dunno ? multitask (correct me if I am wrong)

now all its left is i5.
Now I got 2 choices = i5 4440 and i5 4670k (I want to overclock at the next 1-2 years IF AND ONLY IF I GO WITH THE 4670K since i5 4440 cant overclock)

NOW this is where I am confused.

If ever happend to go with i5 4440 I will pair it up with a GTX 770 BUT SINCE MY resolution is very low : 1024*768 GTX 770 is a waste of money, BUT I can buy a 1600 x 900 next 2 years. which I think by that time GTX 770 is like a GTX 460.

SO i decided to buy a R9 270X to pair the i5 4440 and buy a 1600*900 monitor.

but I don't think it will run games at ultra specially crysis 3.

how about keep my monitor and buy the i5 4670k and R9 270x that way I can easily play all games ultra ? right ?

sorry my budget is only 730$ I got the casing, HDD, optical drive and windows.

they said my monitor only support 60 Max FPS but I get 60+ above any way,

do you think this will run watch dogs max ?

My build, I put a little higher quality motherboard in it. It could do watchdogs at max if you put probaly, a 770 in it later on.

How about a i5 4440 ? the i5 4570 won't cut my budget, the price is high here in my country
