if you could list your specs it would help clear things up.
you can have 8GB of RAM and only have 4GB on the GPU.
System RAM and GPU RAM are not the same thing unless the GPU is part of the CPU, which is why your specs list will be helpful.

No I have only 128 mb for the gpu

That display adapter shares memory with system RAM and amount should be somewhat adjustable thru BIOS.
