I need help, I want to know If my laptop can handle GTA V.

My laptop has : 4gb ddr3 ram , i5 (2540m) 2.5 ghz(3.1 ghz with turbo boost) processor, Windows 8.1 Pro , AMD HD7650M GPU and maximum resolution of 1366*768. Can it run Gta V? At least between 30 to 40 fps.

Your GPU falls short of the minimum requirements, so whilst the game may launch (and it's a big "may"), you'll have to disable all the graphical settings and possibly lower the resolution. Even then, you shouldn't expect a frame rate higher than 30.

So The GPU is the main culprit. Well then there is no solution for it.
Anyways, Thanks a lot man, I was actually going the buy the game, Now I will wait and Once I assemble my Desktop I will buy it.

No offence man but, "whilst the game may launch (and it's a big "may")," , The Big "may" part it wrong, I tired it on my pc , it ran at the highest resolution,with medium graphics settings that too with an average of 40 FPS. So your answer wasn't the best solution after all.
