Without any labels or anything it's really hard to tell. From the design it looks like one of Rosewill's budget cases.

I agree, very similar to a Rosewill budget case like the one below. The looks vary a little from year to year. Cases in that price range generally all have the same internal layout though, from many vendors.

Yes, I believe it supports fill size graphics cards and Micro-ATX motherboards fit into ATX cases.

I don't think so, most of those have a side panel window and fancier 5-1/4 bays.

Yes, I believe it supports fill size graphics cards and Micro-ATX motherboards fit into ATX cases.

The Rosewill cases aren't much different from older case designs and lack a lot of the more useful features. If you have a budget in mind I'm sure people can come up with some recommendations.
