Question I need help im confused

i just bought a rx 580 rev 1.0 what confuses me is rev part what does it mean can i run rev 1.1 bios since it has 8000MHz memory clock instead of 2000 should i? Help

rev stands for revision. For one card to be labeled rev 1.0 and another labeled rev 1.1, then there was a hardware change somewhere. Now it might be minor and the same BIOS works on both revisions and it might be major and using the wrong BIOS will brick the card. It's hard to know with out more details.

Ig i'll just flash bios cuz idk how well was it flashed from mining bios it's a used card
