I have the exact same issue on my desktop and my laptop, I get a BSOD during any kind of drag and drop action. Happens a lot when I drag and drop mail into folders in Outlook 2016. As well as dragging bookmarks around my browser toolbar. The crashing started right after updating to Fall Creators Update. My desktop is using an old AMD HD7700 Radeon with a 2600 Intel CPU. My laptop is 5 years old, using an i7 processor with Intel built in graphics. This doesn't appear to be a video card issue, since my desktop and laptop have vastly different hardware configurations. This is definitely an issue with the Fall Creators Update.

Others are having the same issue below.

This appears to be exactly right. I uninstalled volume2 and it seems to have fixed the drag and drop BSOD problem. I uninstalled the FCU earlier because I couldn't find the problem, thanks for the help.
