I need help 🙁 IM SO CONFUSED
One morning i went to turn on my pc but, alas, i got no post (all lights were working, and fans were spinning) and my motherboard was showing a dram debug light. First, i tested all the basic fixes, like resetting the bios, and reseating all cables and components, but still no post. I assuumed it was a ram issue, but when i tested a new kit, i still got no post. i then tested a new motherboard, but still no post. Then, i assumed it had to be my cpu, so i sent that out for warranty, but i was told that the cpu was still working fine. As a last-ditch effort, i contacted a local computer guy to ask if i could borrow a psu for testing. i plugged all the cables into the pc, but however, the psu he gave me was one pcie cable short for my gpu. I still tested the pc, and to my excitement, the motherboard was now just showing a vga debug light, and i could now turn the pc on and off by the button, without having to unplug the psu (how i had to before). So, i went onto amazon to buy a new psu, but many were too expensive. I ended up going to amazon warehouse deals and bought a rog strix 750w aura edition psu for 150$ AUD. When the psu arrived at my house, the box looked new, and all the bags inside were completely unopened and sealed. I plugged the new psu in, only to now see a cpu debug light. Im assuming the new psu is the issue, but could i really be this unlucky that the first psu i buy for testing is dead on arrival, or is there anything else that could possibly be wrong with my pc. I JUST WANT MY PC WORKING AGAIN. will i have to take up the warranty with rog?

Solution
if you replug the cables again and make sure everything is correct, you can try booting with just one stick of RAM to see if that helps. (do so with both sticks one at a time)

if it still doesn't work, either check your CPU or claim warranty for the PSU if it has.
