hi all i am going to build this gaming rig next year and i want to make sure that i have no bottleneck or incompatibility in my build also is it possible to improve on it with out throwing the budget out the window (less than 2500 dollars ).

this is the build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/forXkuwait/saved/2nUk

note 1: this build will be used for high end gaming i want to be able to run all the games in extra ultra settings.

note 2: i know that the power supply is more than what i need but i want it so i can over clock and upgrade later.

Thanks in advance :??:

That should play anything you want - nice rig - a 4x4GB RAM set would allow for the benefit of quad channel at 16GB, as is will run dual channel - also might check NewEgg for the new 2011 CPUs - the new 4820K is available for $30 more

thanks for the fast replay. yah i will check the 4820k.
but what's the benefit of using dual channel?

Compared to the quad channel you'd get from 2 sticks quad channel would be about up to 15% faster for memory use - the MC (memory controller) run ram as a 128bit device in dual channel - where quad channel operates as a 256bit device
