[SOLVED] I need help in choosing RAM for my R5 2600...

So, I'm getting a Ryzen 5 2600 and I'm looking for RAM to go with it. Here are my choices:

PNY 3200mhz CL16 = 86.5705USD

Klevv Cras X 3600mhz CL18 = 88.9130USD

Delta TUF 3200 CL16 = 106.247USD

My motherboard is a MSI B450 Bazooka Plus... Any help would be really appreciated, thank you!

The first one should be fine, unfortunately none of these seem to be in the memory QVL of your motherboard, but that doesn't mean they won't work as advertised - just that MSI hasn't tested it themselves. 3200 MHz is ideal for second gen Ryzen, so don't need to get the 3600 MHz, and CL16 is also okay, though CL14 would have been better, but not by much.

Would the difference between 3200 and 3600 be noticeable? I don't mind spending 2$ more just for that added juice, but I was told that 3200 cl16 and 3600 cl18 would equal the same. So honestly, I don't know.

Edit: I also tend to adjust xmp profiles... Can I get the 3200 cl16 to 3600 or would that be not worth the effort? I don't mind the 2$ diff of the 3200 cl16 and 3600 cl18, though.

Many RAM modules will often not be on the QVL. Motherboard manufacturers simply don't have time or resources to tests every single new RAM model that is released, so it's often best to check the RAM manufacturers compatibility list, as it's effectively in their interest to test their modules with various boards currently released.

Many of the RAM modules you can't often go wrong with, although agreed you at least know you're tending to get something more reputable when you opt for the big brands.

Also @Rhaemond you've not specified what size you're looking at?

I'm in the Philippines. :/ I think those 3 are basically my best bet. Also, my B45m Bazooka Plus website says "Supports DDR4 Memory, up to 3333+(OC) MHz. Supports ECC UDIMM memory."
Does that mean anything beyond 3333mhz won't work?

Correct - they might work, but they will downclock to 3333MHz.

You can, but you are equally often limited by the fact that the 2600 only stipulates RAM speed up to 2933.
You can - but it's not so straightforward and can come with plenty of complications.

Its a safe bet, past 2933mhz actual performance difference isnt really that much oitside of benchmarking anyway.

Your 3600 is CL18 though, which whilst not exactly the same, will effectively perform the same as 3200 CL16. Just stick to the 3200CL16 IMO.

Faster speed is not always directly faster overall.

Worst case scenario thebPNY will max out at 2933 cas 15, which is about 1% worse than 3200 @ cas 16 or 3600@ cas 18.

You're over thinking seriously, the PNY is absolutely fine, its what I'd buy out of those 3 personally if they were the choices I had.
