I need help in deciding if this PC is good enough for casual gaming.

Ok so i want to buy new PC and i have been looking for some specs online (keep in mind that my budget is not so great) and i came across this one :
Processor : AMD Athlon X4 750k 3.40 Ghz
RAM : 8 GB
Graphic Card : R7 250 1GB DDR5
I want this pc mainly for gaming. I'm not interested in running games on max settings possible i just want to run them on like low-medium settings with some lower resolutions. Games that i'm mainly interested in are newer ones like Assassin's Creed Unity and AC Syndicate, Batman Arkham City , Hitman , etc.
The other PC i also saw is :
Processor : Intel i3 4160 3.60 Ghz
RAM: 8 GB
Graphic Card: Nvidia 750 Ti 1GB DDR5
But this one is also more expensive so i would also like to know price to performance ratio of these two specs. Thanks in advance and sorry if text is too big!

Its always best to build your own PC, you will get exactly what you want, and it will be cheaper and more reliable. May i ask what is your budget for a casual gaming PC?

The i3 + 750ti one is way better.

The AMD build would meet your stated needs (I have a very similar build).

The Intel build would also meet your stated needs with the bonus of having an upgrade path.

If you have a budget and the confidence of building your own system, the people here can recommend builds for you.
