Iv tried to reseat every thing exept where the powerbutton is connected because i dont know how to get in there and the psu, but i dont think Its the psu because a light on my gpu lights up thats the only sign of life my PC shows and iv tried the bare minimum test. I havnet tried to jumpstart the motherboard with a screwdriver because there seems to be a plastic but preventing that. any help would be appreciated

What is your CPU and what cooler are you using? Have you checked whether the bump has not dislodged the cooler.

Almost all 3rd party coolers have heavier heat sinks than the stock coolers and the force from the bump and their weight can cause damage to socket or motherboard PCB, assuming you have such a cooler.

Yes that's the cooler from Intel. Have you checked whether is has been dislodged or if it is loose or not?

This is a good guide I'd suggest you go through all steps:

OK so i got life in the PC all the fans work the gpu lights up and the gpu fans work i just had to jump start IT with a screwdriver but do you think there is anything i can do to fix the power button itsself? And my monitor gets no signal now...... i hate my life

OK then. As I said above, a bump like that, from a TV no less, can be quite forceful and it might dislodge components or damage CPU sockets under the weight of the cooler.

Another thing that's a bit vulnerable is the PCIE slot under the weight of the graphics card. Check if card is properly sitting in the slot and any PCIE aux power cable is properly inserted. Sadly, your CPU has no iGPU to check if there's anything on display. If you can borrow a card from someone and check.

Since you took components out and put them back together clearing CMOS might not be a bad idea. I'd also check if the CPU socket is OK. If you do this do it carefully as not to bend pins when you put CPU back in the socket.

Not sure about the power button. You can check with case manufacturer. Some of them are interchangeable.
