I need help moving my alienware x51 to a new case!

I want to move my old alienware x51 into a new case so i can go from the crappy gtx 545 to a 680 YEY! Ive heard you need to get a new motherboard because the alienware one comes in three parts? I know i will need a bigger psu for the graphics card

You will need a new PSU but It looks like the motherboard part 1 will work with a new case (part 2 & 3 being PSU stuff)

That can sometimes corrupt windows so it's worth attempting to keep the original motherboard when possible (and it reduces cost).

Worst that can happen is you have to buy the motherboard and you have a 3-5 day delay.
