i need help on chossing a motherboard for my pc build!

well my budget is 120 for my motherboard and ill tell my specs that i will be buying for my motherboard.

SPECS
-Apevia ATX-BT650W 650W Power Supply
-G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400
-VIVO "SMART" Micro-ATX Tower Computer Gaming PC Case
-intel core i3 4170 (intel hd 4400 intergrated gpu)
-EVGA geforce gtx 1050 ti sc gaming 4gb

1.My question are will the motherboard be compatible with my gpu?
-The motherboard has to have good connection with internet and at least 3000 mhz for ram or a bit lower.
2.Also will there be any problem with the cpu and gpu on the motherboard?
-4 ram slots

You could get:

Asus H81M-E
MSI H81M-P33
Gigabyte GA-H81M-H

Don't spend that much on a motherboard since it doesn't boost your performance at all, it's pointless spending lots of money on a motherboard.

Get a better psu. Apevia psu's are just not good.That it is a 650watt doesn't mean anything,a good quality 450watt psu would do fine for that.The new white/black Corsair CXM series for instance or the Seasonic S12II 430watt would do fine.

You can spend more on a better motherboard if it has properties you want/need like maybe more fanheaders on the motherboard or a better soundchip etc ...

That would not be on the top of my list,but it's at least abit better.

I would look at these,or the higher wattage ones of these series, if available.
