I Need Help On Getting A Power Supply

Hello,
I'm new to Tom's Hardware, made an account to post this question.
I've been searching for power supply's for my new PC. Has anyone ever heard of Inter Tech? The power supply that I'm thinking of buying is Inter Tech CobaNitrox CN-700 NS 85+ Silver but no one has reviewed it yet. Please review this power supply if you have one and if 700w 85+ Silver is good enough for my PC. Thanks In Advance.
My PC set:
Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4 Ghz
(8.0GB) 2x4 GB DDR3 1600MHz
MSI GeForce N660GTX Ti PE OC 2GB
Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

I already posted this on Yahoo answers and people are tell me to get a 400w or higher, no ***! Others tell me to spend more than 60$ on it. Stupid answers i suppose.
Note: I want from 700-800w and i want plus series.

Your GPU calls for total 450watts for the system. Never heard of that supply (which not a good sign)
Nothing special gets an OK review here.

Really? Is 450w good enough coz my friend is a PC nut and he tells me that 700w to 800w should be great. Oh and i forgot to mention I'm going to play alot on this PC set.

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 660 Ti graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 450 Watt or greater power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 24 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

For a system using two GeForce GTX 660 Ti graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 650 Watt or greater power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 38 Amps or greater and that has at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most important factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) will require an additional increase to the combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock you are trying to achieve.

The Inter-Tech CobaNitrox Nobility CN-700 NS 85+, with its maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 47.8 Amps and with two (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is more than sufficient to power your system configuration with a single GeForce GTX 660 Ti. It is also electrically sufficient to power your system configuration with two GeForce GTX 660 Ti in 2-way SLI mode but it is deficient by two PCI Express supplementary power connectors for 2-way SLI.

There's no UL number so there's no way of looking up the OEM.
