I need help Overclocking..

Okay guys I want to know whats the best performance I can get from the following build...

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz
Motherboard: Maximus IV GENE-Z
Memory: G.Skill RipjawsX F3-17000CL11 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Storage: SSD - Patriot Wildfire PW120GS25SSDR 2.5" 120GB SATA III
HDD - Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM
Video Card: Radeon HD 6970
Power Supply: Ultra X4 Modular 1050-Watt ATX Power Supply V2 - 1050W
Cooling: Corsair Hydro Series H80i Extreme Liquid/Water CPU Cooler

Okay so my bclk won't budge past 105 MHz and I would like to know the optimial setting for my cpu when I overclock it? And are there any settings in my bios I should take advantage of? My performance in game is greatly decreased and its not due to my internet as my friends are on the same ISP and worse builds (daul cores) and doing better then me! Thanks!

You went over kill with that power supply. You could've easily gotten a better graphics card

and with that cpu, most people overclock to 4Ghz to 4.4 being really high.
at around 1.2-1.3 volts. idling at 30c to 70c with that cooler.
