i have a amd 2500 barton on a msi mb a kn72 delta L ,one stick of 512 pc3200 kingston ram ,raidmax scorpio 688 case, three case fans two in the front an one in the side,fx5200,maxtor 120gb hard drive, super flower 450 now i have ran prime95 for 24 hours and i have 1 warning it says "hardware failure detected" what does that mean do i need a better heat sink i have a stock one right now

Stock heatsinks are much better than what they used to be. One error in 24 hours really isn't bad.

You should be able to overclock some, even on that stock heatsink, just keep an eye on your temps. If you are planning on going for a big overclock you may want to look into a better heatsink.
