Now that the heavy summer(35C+)is around the corner,i need to change my cooler,as the one that i have now(Thermaltake NIC F4) has around 2 years and its not cutting it anymore,as i said i need an air cooler for my FX-8350 that will fit in a Zalman z11 plus and will do a good job under load in 35C+ conditions. Thanks!

If an air cooler can't keep up with that kind of heat, which AIO one would you recommend in a budget(when i say budget i mean not over 60 euros=45 pounds=70 dollars),And no,i don't have it overclocked, but without AC in the house it gets really hot,and playing games or rendering my cpu gets to 70C and shuts my pc down.

You're likely going to have a problem one way or another with ambient temps that high. If you go with water cooling your VRMs aren't going to get any cooling and they will probably end up overheating. If you go with a downward blowing cpu fan it would help the VRMs but it might not be enough to keep the CPU from overheating.

Your best bet might be to go with a good CPU cooler and then take the side off your case and blow a fan at it to keep the VRMs cool during the summer.
