I need help picking a water cooler.

My Price Range is about $900-$1070 Maybe $1080. Im looking for a water cooler that has colored water inside. I have two options for CPU'S. Im building this computer for HTC Vive, im figuring that i7 is the best compared to i5. I kept both options just in case the water cooler is makes the computer above my price range. I much rather the i7 so if there's a water cooler around $90 that would work, And if it doesn't have color in the water that's fine.

Why Win 10 Pro? DO you really need those few extra features, for almost twice the price?
