Because you had the low power consumption GPU, and I pick one MB that meet your need like the SATA ports, the more fan headers. And I recommend to buy the RAM in 2X4gb instead of the 4X2gb kit, it also has the red color.

I just remembered, i have the 320GB version of the hdd by seagate. buts its 6 yrs old so its gonna fail soon
