[SOLVED] I need help please help me!!!

I got a new case and ram and swapped everything out and now my gpu isn’t being detected On board explorer please help me I tried both slots and nothing helped .
(Motherboard - Msi Z370M Mortar)
(Graphics Card - gigabyte 1060)

PLEASE NOTE EVERYTHING WAS FINE BEFORE

Make sure there is no dust in the top PCI-Ex16 expansion slot.
Make sure you've connected the necessary power cables to both the new motherboard and the graphics card.
