[SOLVED] I need help please RTX 3060

I have an EVGA RTX 3060 12GB with I9-9900K 3.6GHz and 64GB 3600Ram, ROG strix 390-e gaming mobo. I have tried about all I can think of to fix my fps problem. In GTA5 I am getting between 60-90 fps (60-70 more), Days Gone 50-60 fps all max settings. Every benchmark I watch is wayyyy better with worse equipment. I can barely run Ark Survival without constantly dropping below 60fps no matter what settings. My temps are fine on all my stuff ( I monitor always), all my drivers on GPU are up-to-date (game ready drivers). I am lost and defeated, this is my baby and I have sunk alot of money into it. Please someone tell me what I am doing wrong. I NEED to fix this.

gpu should be able to run 1080p at 60fps on high/ultra, its a mid class gpu afterall so you cant expect miracles
run userbenchmark just in case something isnt running right and post you url result

gpu somewhat failed one test under directX 9, try rerun it or reinstall gpu drivers (after u nuke old drivers wih DDU first)
btw your GPU isnt overclocked...comparing your stock GPU with youtube max overclock vids is nonsense

I am sorry, I am trying to learn. I will run again, but the DDU is a mystery to me. What is that? Also I am afraid to overclock, as I am new to this. But I want to learn.

ddu is driver uninstaller, sometimes its needed, when u keep updating drivers, some old stuffs can remain from older installations which can slow down performance

With a risk any OC can end in a loss of hardware and should only be done if needed.

Disagree. Going all willy nilly with the voltage settings is dangerous, but messing with the clocks is perfectly fine. Overclocking is perfectly safe even for beginners as long as they dont play with the voltage

even overvolting on GPUs should be relatively safe, those cards have safety limits, so you can overvolt to what manufacturer allows you to, if you dont mess with GPU BIOS, card will survive anything you throw at it with msi afterburner
what can kill your card is high temperature (90°C+ for prolonged use) or bad PSU
