I need help please

i got new video card 650ti but when i put it in the motherboard and plug it to the monitor i turn the computer on but the monitor black screen i dont see anything when i take off the video card off i can see everything HELP!

check and make sure you have the power cables connected to the video card and make sure you have the video cable pulgged in on the back of video card
