Question I NEED HELP PLEASE

I’m going to try my best to explain myself I’m not the best with computers but I know basics I like to say and about a month ago I was playing games and I shut off my pc and came back later to play and my monitor was saying hdmi is inacative and everything was plugged in and a month later still no idea why. Just the basic things people have asked everything is plugged in, the hdmi cable is working fine, the monitor is working fine, the graphic card (where I plug my hdmi into) is working fine, the hdmi to my mobo also does not give output, and I can’t see any problems other wise. At first I thought and other people the hdmi port on my graphic card somehow broke but I tried a new graphic card today just to get the same results. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. One last idea I had but don’t even think Is possible to change my output to my mobo but I can’t access my bios setting due to having no output at all.

How do you know all the parts you say are working fine are actually working fine? Did you test them one at a time with another system? Need full specs of the system including power supply brand and model.
