im trying to help a friend build his computer but when we plug everything in the graphics isnt getting any power and the onboard video isnt working these are his parts i know the power supply isnt enough for it but we ran my other friends computer same parts and its still working fine http://pcpartpicker.com/p/FWsgZL-this is the parts list please help soon

Right off the bat try a different power supply.

thats what i said im kinda fixing his mistake he got all the stuff now it wont work

You dont need a 700W. Probably a 550-600. XFX,Seasonic or EVGA
