I need help. Ryzen PC not turning on intermittently

I bought a new ryzen PC on 25th may and this is the second time I am facing this issue. When I press the power on switch on the cabinet the whole case fans, mobo led lights up but no post(post beep). Then I power down the PC and retry it and it starts normally. What could be the issue here. In this case I had a gigabyte m-atx mobo installed previously and it had more standoff crews than this current mobo.

Yes, i updated to latest version of June 1st 2018 version 4014. This problem occur when I change some setings in bios like Internal graphics size to 1gb. Previously also the same happened when I did the same

Problem happened again. Pc has power but not posting. DVD drive ejects, all fans running, but no post. I turn off mains power and retry and it started working again, no issues.

Question from ron2456 : "12 day old mobo DOA"

As I posted previously that my mobo is having power problems, I sent it for rma. But since it is well beyond 7day DOA policy they said they will try to give a DOA or I must take a refurbished one.
Problems i faced with mobo were: Frequent no post issues after cold boot.
Cpu voltage spike to 1.45 volts.
My guess is that the 1st mobo had issues with vrm.
So when I receive the mobo and if its refurbished do I need to check anything?

If this is an AM4 motherboard, you'll want to ensure that you've got an up-to-date BIOS. The first few BIOS revisions of Ryzen boards specifically had issues with CPU voltage spikes.

Yes the mobo already had am4 ryzen 2000 support. It detects everything and worked fine for 7 days and then gave issues.
