I decided to unmount the stock AMD cooler because there was some dog hair stucked inside.

After I mounted it, the CPU came with it and I cant remove it. It's stucked in there. It's too hard.

Im afraid because I might have bent some pins on the cpu 🙁

What should i do? Is the cpu gone?

The CPU should be fine, I would worry more about motherboard socket damage, unlikely though. Is the CPU still stick to the cooler? Give it a twist instead of pulling on it, this should release it, if not you may need to dip it in some Isopropyl alcohol which will eat away at the thermal paste and should make it easier to get off, don't use too much though.

OK, try getting a firm grip on the side of the CPU and giving it a twist, don't pull too much but twist it to break the bond of the thermal paste.

Ok so the twisting trick worked. Thanks a lot for that. I reinstalled my cpu and the stock amd cooler. I booted up my pc. No display. No bios. Totally nothing. Cooler fans are spinning. Same with the gpu fans. And the debug led of the mobo wont turn off. Also, hdd led and power led in the casing is not blinking. Its just off. Help!

Did you clean the CPU and install new thermal paste? Is the CPU properly inserted in the slot? Its possible you damaged the slot on removal.
