I Need help to build a gaming pc

I am trying to build/customizinga gaming pc. My budget is around 1500-1600 hopefully nothing over. if anyone want to build one for me I don't mind paying them (around the bay area specifically san Francisco), but here is the spec for what I have in mind:

I would not recommend iBuypower personally. If you could build it yourself, that would be ideal.

Also, what is the computer for?

if I knew how to build I would build one myself, but unfortunately I don't know how Q.Q. The computer is for gaming and college wise. I wont be streaming much on it coz that's how my other pc kinda died too much virus from watching movies.

Its really really really really not that hard to build one. If you know how to use a screwdriver, then you can do it yourself.
