I need help to choose a monitor

I want to buy a monitor for my new pc and I want a 144hz 1ms 1080p monitor at around 250€ I came across these :AOC G2590PX, AOC G2460PF, Asus VG248QE
I want to know what differences there are between these monitors and which one is better. Feel free to recommend me other monitors that are better for the same specs and price. Also I wanted to ask about dead pixels and if the monitor I buy has dead pixels or any other visual that is noticable.
PS I got a RX 580 and r5 1600x

Not much actually. Though I personally would go with the G2460PF/G2590PX instead of the VG248QE because of how old it is. Asus launched that monitor in 2013, making it one of the first 144hz monitors on the market. Since then, TN panels have gotten more colorful and higher quality.

Not to mention that the AOC monitors have FreeSync which will work perfectly with your AMD GPU. the VG248QE does not have freesync.
