I need help upgrading my GPU

I want to upgrade my Radeon R7 240 to a GTX 750 TI, but I'm not sure if I can. Here is my PC:

I know that you need at least a 300w PSU in order to upgrade to a 750 ti, and that is what I have, but I know that there are bad PSUs out there. Is mine good enough to upgrade?

I would say that you should get a new PSU to be safe.

A new PSU would be on the safe side, but the 750ti uses less power than the r7 under load. The r7 (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r7-240-and-250,3717-9.html) goes up to 122 watts under load, while the 750 ti only hits 62 under load. So technically I would think you will be okay

No problem, I am not super knowledgeable in PSUs but basically if you stick to the good brands you should be fine.
