I need help upgrading my graphics card

I recently bought this computer (http://www.amazon.com/ThinkPad-20B20011US-A6-5350M-2-90GHz-Business/dp/B00HJBA3K0/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top ) I like everything but the graphics card, which is a AMD Radeon HD 8450G. I was wondering if I could change that and what graphics cards the computer could accept.

There's no graphics "card" in the notebook. It's an AMD APU, which is essentially a more powerful form of integrated graphics.
