I need help upgrading my PC

I am an editor and have a pc that needs upgrading, since i mostly use After Effects and Premiere Pro, i have an issue with it always lagging when previewing or just in general using the programs. I haven't upgraded any parts since December 2016 and need a hand.

My current pc parts:
CPU: i7 4790K 4GHz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master 212EVO
MOBO: Z97S SLI Krait Eddition ATX LGA1150
Memory: Kingston HyperX (2x4GB) DDR3
Storage: Western Digital 1TB
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB
Case: NZXT S340
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W
