I need help upgrading

i want to get an i5 and a 660ti 3gb for streaming games in HQ, what do i need to upgrade, and which gpu/mobo do you guys recommend? and will i need to upgrade my psu?

What i have now is

CPU: AMD phenom II x4 965 not OC
Cooling: Corsair H60 liquid rad
GPU: HIS iceQx 6870
MOBO: ASROCK 970De am3+
RAM: Gskill sniper 8GB
memory: 1 OCZ 128GB SSD, 2 500GB HDD
Case: Rosewill Challenger with all Cougar Vortex fans
PSU: Leppa 550W 80+ bronze

You should be able to simply swap out your motherboard and processor. I don't see any reason to change anything else. Hopefully you still have your Intel backplate for your CPU cooler. I am also assuming you are currently running DDR3 ram. Your PSU should be adequate for the graphics card.
As far as a mobo recommendation, are there any specific features you are looking for - do you want to overclock (or is it a possibility for the future) any other considerations?
